GEMSTONE HEALING

Crystals have properties that facilitate healing. the history of gemstone healing is ancient dating back at least 6000 years to the time of the ancient Sumerians and Mesopotamia. Ancient Egyptians are also amongst the first people to have adorned themselves with crystals- including Lapis Lazuli, Carnelian and Turquoise- to ward off illness and negative energy.  
In crystal healing each stone is assigned various healing properties, for example Amethyst is great for Cleansing protecting your aura, balances your endocrine and circulatory system and boosts cell regeneration.
